Homebounds
Ministry to Homebound
Our purpose is to feed, heal, engage, and empower homebound parishioners in parish life.
- Bring Eucharist to homebound parishioners unable to go to church.
- Visit and provide companionship
- Drive to church, grocery, appointments
- Provide brief respite for family/caregivers
- Refer to other ministries or social services as needs arise
- Keep Pastoral Associate informed of parishioners well being
To become a part of this ministry or/and If you or a loved one is in need of home visits for Eucharist, prayer, or companionship
